Diamond Data have built our own survey software in order to run surveys online which can be integrated directly with a database hosted by us.   
Surveys can be tailored to your own needs and can utilise functions such as;

• Question Routing - Ask or skip questions based upon the response to previous questions.
• Multiple Options - Ask the respondent multiple questions in one, e.g. Rank by importance and usefulness.
• Reusable lists - Configure standard options which can be added to multiple surveys.

We can also generate offline paper based surveys and have them delivered by post complete with "Freepost" and "PO Box" return addresses.  Returned surveys can then be captured via our data capture services.

Data Capture

Our Athena.net database system has in-built capability to perform "real-time" data capture against the target database, providing the functionality to perform a "live lookup" against the target data to minimise duplication and increase capture throughput by pre-populating data entry forms with information already known, thus reducing the amount of keying for data input personnel.

Data capture forms are generated to mimic the creative that is being captured thus making it easier for the data capture personnel to read the form and capture on screen.

Depending upon the complexity and client requirements we can also assign specific data capture tasks to dedicated personnel thus should you choose too you may communicate with a named person regarding your capture activity.

Unlike many of our competitors, all capture is performed by our own employees in the UK.  Costs are dependant upon volume, turnaround time and the average time taken to capture 50 items.
